Battery life and display not properly working

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Hello I’ve been using my Iconic for 7 months now. But my battery does not last long enough for me to wear the watch long enough for fitness and sleep. I have not tracked my sleep in weeks, due to needing the watch for my exercise. I bought it for the sleep function also.

my screen is turning totally white on the left side in sliver. Has anyone else had theses issues ?

Thanks,

Roy

Hi @haversack907, welcome to the Community Forums.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared, I understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. Let me share with you that the battery of our Ionic was designed to last 5 days, but this also depends on how frequently you use all the features of your device. That said, I recommend you charging your Fitbit device with a USB port from a computer or a UL-certified outlet into the wall and then turn off all the features that you don’t use that much.

After following the above information, please check this help article for more tips and recommendations. This article includes a restart process that will refresh the device's performance and should fix the display and sleep tracking issues too.

Let me know if further assistance is needed and if you have any additional questions.

Well nothing has changed battery wise, still only last for 24 hrs. My screen is still turning white on the edges. Is FITBIT going to stand behind there product?
