Like mention in previous posts I'm having a difficult time charging it takes me around 5 minutes just to get contact from the watch to the plug. I'm using the plug that came with the ionic I've cleaned the actual plugs and the contacts on the watch I'll have to move it around different angles until I make contact and stay like that for like 30 seconds for it to stay charging. Sometimes it gives me a red screen that says not charging I had the same problem with my
surge. I dread having to charge it every few days because it is a pain in the butt to do it but I love my watch.

I often get this message as well. Check that the charge icon in the top left of the screen is active and moving. This indicates that the device IS charging, and you can ingore the message.
Have a close look at the 3 charging contacts to see if any of them has moved in its position - pressed in slightly. They should all be perfectly level. Also check that all 3 contacts have a shiny "brass" appearance. If any are tarnished this can indicate contamination or a heat related issue that has damaged them.
