Battery life and watch face problems

I have had my IONIC for just over a year and love it!!  However all of a sudden the battery is down from 100% to 55% in a day — and I haven’t Been doing anything differently.  In fact I have been syncing it less and less during the day.  Tonight the watch face display began to have problems with vertical lines and fading occurring.  Please help!

Yep many have been reporting this issue.  Call Tech Support at the number linked.  Explain your situation and more than likely if deemed defective-> Fitbit will offer you a replacement device.  Try that and let me know.

 

Many have now followed this advice and received replacements.  Unfortunately no one on this Forum can offer you a replacement or give you a refund.  But since over a year they may only offer you a discount on an Ionic or other device.

Really there is no need to suffer in Frustration - simply call Tech Support at 877-623-4997 and get your Ionic replaced right now while you can
Many have followed this straightforward advice and now have a replacement Ionic - we all should have “zero tolerance” for any defective Ionic

I have the exact same problem..just over a year old and now it **ahem**s itself..WTF...spent an hour on phone to help line..they suggested to reset the watch..did that now it just keeps scrolling at the start up screen through all the diffent languages..and I can not turn it off..WTF
