I’ve had my ionic for 3 months and the battery goes from 100% to 0% with 7 hours. I have everything turned off on the device. GPS /off Sync-all/off notifications/off . Please advise

What clock face do you use?

Aside from the clock face (which could be doing it as @Omerta says) have you tried restarting your Ionic several times? If not, give it a go. If that doesnt help then you will need to contact Support (link in my signature )

If what @NellyG said doesn't work, you must have a defective device and you need to take it back for a replacement.

My Fitbits battery has started draining faster after the new Firmware update, I charged it up to 100% lastnight, this morning it was down to 57%. I've had my Ionic since February and the battery life has never been an issue until now..

I am having this exact same issue. Would get 3 or 4 days between charges but since the update I'm lucky to get a whole day! I have contacted support because restarting and factory reset have made no difference.

Same here - and I'm still getting that stuck at 0% when it does go all the way down. And then it seems to charge back up, slowly, when it wants to, regardless of what I plug it into. One day it only worked on a powerblock directly on the wall. Other days it works fine in the surge protector I use. One day, it only worked plugged into my mac. Today? I brought the lifeless, black screen Ionic to work, plugged it into the same powerblock on the wall outlet and haha it is charging. Slowly. It made sure the contacts are clean and all of that. Finally, it has disappeared from my phone's bluetooth list but when it is charged, it syncs with my app. Something is clearly rotten in Ionic-ville and I'm sad because I really like Ionic.
