I went for a walk yesterday and when I reached my 12,000 step goal and it vibrated It stopped tracking my exercise. I did not realize this for 10 min until I got home and when to end my walk on my Ionic. When my Ionic synced to my phone it did not show any of the GPS data from my walk. I used this feature just fine on Wednesday and it worked well but I did not reach my step goal. Is there a way to get that data back or at the very least prevent it from being lost again?

It's great to see you around @Rebecs1993. Currently, it's not possible to get that data back as it seems that it paused and it wasn't saved. If it paused at some point, at least some data should be on your account, I would like you to check your activities.
If you would like to manually log the activity follow these steps How do I manually log an activity or exercise?. However, no GPS data will be shown as it stopped tracking it before it synced.
Hope this helps!

How/Why would it pause my activity without me touching it? When I hit my step goal and it vibrated I just looked at it but did not touch it. Some of the data did end up showing up. But the point is I want it to show my GPS data and do not like that fact that it can simply pause and lose that data without me touching it. I am already aware of this issue with my android app and was so excited when my Ionic could track my GPS more accurately than my phone. I know not to use the pause feature as this is still an ongoing issue that has yet to be resolved when tracking GPS and losing it. It is very frustrating to have this happen...especially when I am aware of the pause issue and go out of my way to make sure I don't hit it for any reason.
