My ionic battery died about three days ago. I've been trying to charge it for the past three days and nothing. I've tried changing outlets and cleaning the charging ports, but still nothing. I used the same charger cord to charge my old ionic and it started to charge. I've tried doing the reset by holding down the left button and the button right button, but still nothing.
I don't know what to do at this point.
Any suggestions?
