Hi, only bought my icon yesterday. It was full charged this morning. Went for a walk and then the battery went dead all of a sudden. Now won't change and gets very not if I try to charge it.

Hi @Graffie - Since you just purchased this device, I would return it, saying it is defective. (It is. This is not normal.) They should be able to exchange it for another Ionic. Sorry you have to go thru this.

Hi, I've just had a look and there seems to be condensation in/behind the sensors. Not very happy. Will be returning it to store tomorrow. Thanks for the reply.

Seems odd that your device is behaving in such way, this is certainly not a common situation nor the way it was designed. Just as @SunsetRunner said, you can initiate an exchange process with the retailer where it was bought or you can get in touch with our Customer Support team to receive further assistance directly with them. Both ways you'll be able to resolve this situation and get back on track with a fully functional device.
