Bike distance and elevation not recording

The distance and altitude have stopped recording when I use Bike exercise but it is still recording the actual route when I upload to Strava

A warm welcome to the Community @reveritt. Thanks for the details mentioned. 

 

It's pretty weird that your distance and altitude stopped recording. I would like you to restart your Ionic and try tracking another Bike activity. 

 

If after restarting it you're still not receiving distance or altitude, please reply to the following questions: 

- Are you not receiving distance just for biking or for the whole day's stats?

- Does your Ionic record floors?

- Does it happen only with this activity?
