I have tried for ages to link Bitmoji to my Fitbit Ionic but my clock face is blue with time and spinning wheel.
Snapchat and Bitmoji are linked. I’ve tried restarting phone, watch, uninstalling Fitbit app, re pairing Bluetooth, now out of options. Any help?

I have exactly this issue, have tried all the previous help, restarted fitbit versa, restarted iphone, bitmoji and snapchat and snapchat and fitbit are all linked correctly. Have tried turning off blue tooth and turning it back on again
Why does fitbit release something when it's obviously not been thoroughly tested?

Hi Dkent
I’ve made a bit of progress - I changed my clockface back to normal and then updated my Fitbit to latest version. I then re tried the Bitmoji clock face and I’ve got further along as there is now a Bitmoji related message on my clockface.
Unfortunately I’m stuck on the 2% teleporting issue that people on the other thread have talked about! So I still haven’t managed to get it to work.

I am having this same issue. I just got an snapchat account, connected it to my Bitmoji and I can see they work fine. When I download the clock face it tells me to login to Snapchat. I do the clock face goes to a blue screen with the Bitmoji message, not the clock face. When I login to snapchat it spins like it's doing something and then brings me back to the login screen immediately. I have tried several times to login through that link, but it doesn't work. I am logged in to the app on my phone so not sure why it doesn't just connect that way. If anyone has any help, you're awesome.

ok, this cute little thing has been a big time suck. It was stuck at 2pct. After reading this, I uninstalled and then reinstalled fitbit on my android. Then it got as far as 5pct, so I followed one of the hints and toggled the watch face between the time and today while it was uodating . It says it has updated and appears to be working now. There is an interesting character there rather than eyes and a forehead
