Fitbit ionic went dead about 4hrs ago.. Tried every reboot.. Nothing working to restart.. What's happened? Can anyone advise what I can try?

This has happened to me. I charged my Fitbit and now it is flashing the logo screen. The hard reset is not working. Can anyone help?

I've got the same problem too. There are numerous threads on how to reset/reboot your watch but none of them have worked for me either. I just sent an email to customer support to see if they can assist.

Yes I did the same.. See what comes back.. So weird as it's been fine with plenty of charge.. Let me know what you get back..I'd be interested and I will do too.. Thanks

Just wanted to let you know that there is nothing that Fitbit will do to help with the issues. As customers they don't value our business. My FitBit was working fine one day and completely gone the next. I called customer service like three times and no one was willing to help. I was only told that the battery was no longer good. Even tho there was no sign that the battery was having issues. I am not sure what we all can do about this or if we want to. I just know that someone needs to step and say "Sorry for all of your Fitbits that are no longer working do to a manufacture defect."
