Hi there,

 

i havent used my Fitbit Ionic Watch in about 2 months. I went to plug it in to charge it and it said 0%. So I walked away and let it charge all night. I went to use it this morning and it will not turn on. I’ve tried resetting it by holding the buttons down and it’s not working. 

 

Anyone else have this issue?

 

How do I fix it? Is my Fitbit  I dead?

Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried. I would like you to restart your watch and then try charging it again but since you haven't used it in a while please follow the tips mentioned in this article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
