Blank Screen Ionic

Hi there, 

my Fitbit Ionic IS WORKING, but the screen isn’t. I can feeling the vibrations for notifications and I can see on the app it is charged and counting steps, I just can’t see anything. Which makes it totally useless. 
I have ensured it is charged, I have tried resetting it (holding left and lower right buttons for more than 10 seconds. The reset may have happened, but I can’t tell because the screen is blank! 
What do I try next? Return to FitBit?

Try a different clock face, preferably one by Fitbit.

Thanks CB. I have tried that too. Changed to one of the traditional FitBit clock faces. No difference. I also learned that the button that stops the alarm (lower right) also does not work.
