A few days ago. My Ionic screen went blank. I have had it since March without any issues. It's still tracking steps, charging and connecting to my phone app but I cannot use the screen at all. I have tried a reset with no joy! Help!

@SparkyC You mention you have done a reset. Would that be a complete factory reset or a reboot?

Hi, @SparkyC! I would try restarting it a few more times, just to be sure. If you like, you can also try a factory reset by holding all three buttons down. If that doesn't clear it up, I'd suggest getting in touch with Fitbit Support directly. To save yourself some time, I would also include information about the troubleshooting you've already done in the initial contact, or that will be their first response. Good luck!

@Tony.r I have tried this. Unfortunately it did not work. The Ionic is working normally in every other way except the screen wont turn on, even my alarms are going off except I can't see them to turn them off! 😕

@SparkyC I would say the way forward would be to contact Fitbit Support and they will be able to assist you further to resolve.
