Wrist strap failure

Hi

My Ionic is about 11 & 1/2 months old and the clamp thing that connects the wrist strap to the watch has come away from the band. Is that something covered by warrenty?

I am currently using a cheap 3rd party strap for now but prefer the original one.

Cheers

Hi, @ElNevera, you will have to get in touch with Fitbit Customer Service on contact.fitbit.com to confirm, but my understanding is that the band would be covered under the limited guarantee.  See the link Returns and Warranty at the bottom of this page for more information.

Unless you are in an area where a 2 year warranty is required by consumer law, you should get in touch with Support asap if your Ionic is nearly 12 months old.  You will probably be asked to provide proof of purchase from an authorised seller.
