Blank screen, won't recharge

My Ionic seems to have died. Tried recharging it overnight, no response no matter what buttons I push

Mine has done the same. Kept getting the message "not enough charge from this source" despite using several wall chargers, laptop, multi chargers etc. Also having cleaned the contacts as advised and trying two different cables (both of which work on my wife's Ionic. Charge went down to zero and now its dead!

there are several threads going on right now over this issue.  It seems a lot of people's Ionic devices just went blank this weekend.

Got in touch with support via chat line. A replacement is being sent to me as it’s within warranty.
