I have just done this update on my Fitbit Ionic and now it is not working at all
my screen is blank any tips to get it working again?

I have an Iconic, just 3 months old. I use this watch all the time for activity tracking. I did the update, and since then, my clock face stopped showing up. All the other apps are there when I swipe. Very frustrating. Has Fitbit responded to any of these posts?
