Bluetooth always on

What do you think or know about damages because we are wesring a device 24 h with bt on

Hi @myrinh,

 

I don't know of any. Fitbit uses Bluetooth Low Energy, and the transmissions are almost all during sync, not continuous.

 

Honestly, I would be more concerned about a cell phone. It has bluetooth, Wi-Fi and cell service all active, and we carry that in a pocket or place next to our face. If that's not a concern, I don't think a Fitbit should be.

 

Looking forward to what other think.
