Bottem half display and light sensor not functioning

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Hello

I have a ionic and the bottem half of the display doesn't respond to touch or swipe. I've already tried to restart and reboot, but the problem keeps repeating itself. Also the light sensor is not working anymore. Can someone please help me out? Thanks

Already did that. They only told me to do the hard reset.

Oké, here is an update.

Support contacted me (via girlfriend, very strange) and told me to do the factory reset again. First I had to delete my ionic from the fitbit app and from my phone's bluetooth memory. I preformed the factory reset and until now everything seems to work. BUT... I also have the problem that the light sensor (the one that regulates the brightness of the screen) is still NOT working. It's quite a shame.. Because I really like the ionic. But for this amount of money, I'd expect a bit more durability.

Can someone please help me out?
