Brighter colors?

I bought the Charcoal Band / Smoke Gray Case Ionic at Best Buy this morning.

The actual product uses much brighter shades of gray than I expected from the pictures and I'm wondering if I have the right one. The package says the correct color scheme on it so I'm wondering if it should be about as dark as the Blaze, which I expected, or is the brighter color scheme pretty much it?

I went ahead and returned the Ionic. They didn't have any others to exchange it with and in looking at the display case, this definitely wasn't the right color in the box.

That picture is definitely not a charcoal band. That looks like a slate blue band with the silver Grey case.... Which is a combo that you cannot buy.  The skate blue band is my favorite color band, but it only comes with the burnt orange case.  Very weird

Wonder if someone bought both combinations then swapped out the bands and returned one mismatched.

I decided to try again on an order directly from Fitbit. I ended up in Best Buy today because my pre-order never shipped.

@hysonmb Hey! Sounds like you were eager to get your hands on Ionic. It's truly a mystery how you ended up with this particular color combination. I'm glad you placed a new order with our Fitbit.com store. If they bought it from some place like Best Buy they are famous for rewrapping returns and selling as new.
