Brightness won’t change

Good day

The brightness setting is stuck on Dim and the auto wake is not functioning. Any help would be appreciated 😀

Hi. 

I had the same problem a week or two ago and it turned out the Sleep Mode had turned ON post update and with sleep mode on, DIM is constant and and Auto Wake does not work.  Changing Sleep Mode to OFF worked for me.  Good luck!

My sleep mode is stuck and so is my brightness setting to dim. I can’t see it.

Hi Mystee. As you can see from my post, I had this problem about 6 weeks
ago....

Turns out the Sleep Mode had turned ON post update and with sleep mode on,
DIM is constant and and Auto Wake does not work.

Changing Sleep Mode to OFF worked for me.
