I've only had my Fitbit for about 4 months, and the other day I fell during a run with my Fitbit Ionic, and cracked the screen. The watch still works, but the screen is completely broken. I am very disappointed in Fitbit to find out that the only solution to the problem is to buy another watch. There seems to be no way to repair the $250 watch. The customer service was very helpful and offered me a 40% discount towards a new Ionic, or 25% towards another Fitbit watch.
I am very disappointed that there is no way to pay to repair the watch, and I don't think I will be getting another Fitbit.
I would love to know if anyone finds a way to repair the screen.

EDIT: I did find one website that would repair the Fitbit, but the repair would cost about as much as it would to buy a new Ionic with the discount.
