Calibration Ionic

Hi

My Ionic won’t calibrate only got it yesterday. I have tried all the troubleshooting it won’t read my steps or heart rate.: not happy

@Donnap2835, not sure what you mean your "Ionic won’t calibrate"?  Are you getting a message on the Ionic screen to calibrate it?   Did you have any problems adding the Ionic to the Fitbit app on your phone?

It keeps coming up with a message saying calibrate. The heart rate sensor doesn’t work or the step counter..

No! No luck at all. Frustrating
