Can someone pleeeeease help me, my ionic will not calibrate no matter what I try. Ive reset it, started up like a new device, installed latest update the lot an I'm slowly loosing my faith in it 😭

You would have to explain what you mean by calibrating.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

OK, so when I bought the ionic I followed every step to the letter on setting it up, the moment I was asked to calibrate it ( notification came up on ionic screen saying calibrate - now or later) I attached the charger and clicked now. A few mins later a red X an "failed" came up, so I hard reset the watch and re-paired it to my phone, started the process again an 3 weeks later in still in the same position. 😔
