Call and text message vibration is not working

I reset my Ionic multiple times but the vibration feature is not working for text messages nor calls - it does work for move reminders and alarms.  

The notifications are in the phone but I am not getting an alert on the Fitbit.

Launch fitbit on your phone
Remove this Ionic
Thereafter pair it again
That worked for me once
