Welcome to the Fitbit Community @crystal212222, hope you're doing great! Notifications skip or stop occasionally for several reasons that don't suggest a problem with your device or the Fitbit app.
If notifications aren’t working, force quit the Fitbit app and reopen it to sync your Fitbit device. Notifications should work as expected after your device syncs. If they don't, let's do the following:
If the issue persists, I'd recommend setting up your notifications again:
Note that Fitbit Ionic and Fitbit Versa receive notifications while your phone is in Do Not Disturb, Quiet hours, or Driving mode, but your watch won’t vibrate or wake the screen. To view notifications, swipe down from the clock screen.
If paired to an Android phone, your Fitbit watch or tracker can alert you to notifications at any time:
Give this a go and let me know the outcome!

Did you resolve your issue? I've had the same problem for a while now and I've tried everything and it still doesn't work. I have other bluetooth device but nothing connected to my phone at the same time and it doesn't vibrate till half way through the phone call or after I answer/ignore the call. My other notifications work just fine it's just the phone call.
