Ionic randomly turning off

All of a sudden, my Ionic is randomly turning off or rebooting.  It has done it twice during an exercise and it did it this AM when I was just getting ready for work.  I will get the blue Fitbit screen with the dots and it freezes, or it will shut down completely and I have to turn it back on.  In all cases, the Fitbit was charged to at least 50%.  I have owned a Fitbit since the Ultra and never once had an issue.  I am fairly certain the last update went through fine.  Is this happening to anyone else?  Should I be contacting Fitbit support?

Fitbit Ionic, Flyer, Blaze, Aria, Flex (original still works!), Ultra (Original still works!)

The same thing has been happening to me all day. Worked great for the last few weeks but shut itself down yesterday. And on and off all day today on a full charge, just background use as well no big exercise. I tried the quick 3 restarts that I had seen recommended but then it crashed again soon after.
