I had my ionic in my work desk all weekend. When I got to work today and got it, it has that I have burned 1708 every day. Everyday the same number. No steps but 1708 calories. How can this be? Is there a way I can zero it out before I go to the gym?

That is the calories you burn just being alive, its called Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR). The number is based on your age, gender, and weight.
