(Today's training):Calories burnedCalories burned I have a question about calories burned - I have always wondered what to count here - is it the 1497c to the left here, or 201/188/286 to the right? (The reason I ask is that I sometimes manually put up this in Runkeeper - I have always recorded the numbers to the right)

The calories burned are BMR calories. Your fitbit also calculates calories burned for your BMR. You burn calories just by being alive! Even Sleeping. Fitbit includes these burned calories in it's calorie calculations, so even if you did not wear the fitbit, you'll still burn these calories.

The 1497 is for all day. Its your BMR plus it includes the exercise as well.

I would use the recent exercise

Thank you WendyB- the left one is almost more calories than I eat a day - I didn't quite catch this "I would use the recent exercise" - should I use the calories for the three exercises, or the "all" figure for all the steps/distance in a day?

Fine, now I eventually understand - basal metabolic rate =BMR - I read your suggestion. Then it will be correct only to record the cal. burned during exercise. (The right side of the clip-photo) - are the numbers "normal" for the lenght of exercise? Thank you for good support.....

The Numbers look normal to me. It takes a lot for women to burn calories

You can always check an on line calculator

I bet it is really close
