Calories not tracking correctly

I think my calories aren’t tracking correctly as when I’m doing HIT workouts with my heart rate going between 180-196 for a full 45 mins it shows I’m only burning between 300-350 calories. I’m 24 and really active, when I’m doing the workout with other people they all seem to burn a lot more calories even though my heart rate is higher? I had the Fitbit blaze before and didn’t have any issues but since changing to the iconic I feel like I’m never satisfied with the amount of calories burned for how hard I’ve worked out. Is there any updates I could do to maybe try and fix this?

It seems last update has new algorithm. My standard evening workout takes 700 cal against 1100cal in April
