Ionic doesn't charge

Hello everybody, I have a problem. My bitfit run out of battery, and now it doesn't take any charge, I don't even see de 0%, nothing in the screen. It is new (5 months old) so the charger is in perfect state as well the bitfil (I suposse). If you have any idea it will be welcome.

Thanks for letting me know that your Ionic isn't charging. I appreciate that you mentioned your Ionic is 5 months old. 

 

I would like you to try the tips mentioned in this article Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
