I've had Fitbit products for many years starting with the basic Flex to the Charge 2 to the Blaze and now the Ionic. One of the coolest and most used features of the product has been the alarm feature. It allowed me to get up in the morning (4:45 AM) without waking my wife. My wife got me the Ionic for Christmas and I was so excited until the alarm didn't wake me up. The Flex, Charge 2, and Blaze all did. I found the strength setting and set it to strong but I don't even notice a difference between the two settings. Is there any way Fitbit can increase the strength of the vibration in a software update release? Man, I hope so because then I would absolutely love this watch.
Thanks for taking the time to read my post!

@180BIZ Welcome to the Fitbit family! Thanks for your feedback! I was making some research on the Feature Suggestions Board and was able to find this suggestion which is asking for the same as you. I recommend voting for it, the more votes, the best!
This way, Fitbit can check what Ionic users needs and may consider having that released in the future.
Thanks again for your feedback, see you around!

@SunsetRunner Welcome to the Fitbit family! Thanks for your support on this suggestion.
I'd totally recommend posting your comment and thoughts on this feature suggestion which is asking for the same. Also, please add your vote to the idea. As you can see the status is as "Under Consideration", which is a really good sign. That is why it is very important to show our support on that board's idea too! The more comments and votes, the better.
Hope this helps. See you around!

Wow - Im a bit suprised by this! I have three fitbits and the Ionic has by far the strongest vibration strength of them. I agree there is not much of a difference between normal and strong, but I do think there is a difference. However I have to say that even the very small vibration of the Alta HR always woke me! Maybe I am not a very deep sleeper?

@JaneeB Welcome to the Fitbit family! Thanks for posting your inquiry about vibration strength on Ionic.
To change the vibration strength, please go to your Settings app on your watch (gear icon). Right there, you will see Vibrations and you can tap that to change the intensity.
Try that out and let me know how it goes!

Vibration level and length need to be improved. At the strongest level, not noticeable!!!
