Can't add my iconic device

Hi everyone

I got a new Motorola g6 and the fitbit app with everything else transferred over to new phone

The app worked OK but a bit clunky and slo. I wouldn't always sync. I had to be uninstalled and re installed

Went from virgin to sky and the problem continued

Decided to uninstall the device and re install

But it won't! the battery is charged enough. I have Bluetooth on... But unsure if the WiFi speed is strong enough .. What speed does it need to be?

So despite several attempts it will find the device... But won't go further than that

I have a nice watch and a nice phone and neither talking to each other

I run and exercise regularly and am losing stats by the day

Can anyone help? Please

Thanks

@Lillybilly Suggestion:  If you removed or deleted the Ionic from your account it does not delete the phone bluetooth link to the Ionic. Try going into the phone's bluetooth section and unlinking the Ionic. Once you do that try adding the Ionic back to your account via the Fitbit App.
