Can't correct time on Ionic

I can not correct the time on Ionic - date is correct but time remains 32 min behind. I am in South Africa.

As @Odyssey13, mentioned, Ionic has voluntarily been recalled and we're no longer providing support for this device. Please contact our team for more information about Ionic refund, visit our web page at help.fitbit.com/ionic.

Hi @Roelf1964  the Ionic was voluntarily recalled March 2022 and there will be no updates or support for it. Check out this information - click.
