I'm trying to access the device lock settings for my Ionic but when I follow the instructions, there is no "Device Lock" option in the app. I have tried everything but can't find it. I'd like to see screen shots of how it should work rather than just text. This might help.

I appreciate that you mentioned you have followed the instructions but you haven't found the "Device lock" in your Fitbit app, find the instructions with screenshot below:

I was trying to find it on the desktop app rather than on my phone. Found
