Got an ionic for Christmas and have had no trouble registering my two cards from two different banks and had confirmation from both banks confirming Fitbit pay has been activated but when I try to use the watch to pay the eftpos machines have told me to insert or swipe my card. I’ve deleted and re-added my cards and tried at 5 or 6 different shops on 1 occasion the screen on the eftpos terminal displayed “error candidate not available” and 1 other time it said “contactless payments not available”
