Hi,
I'm not able to download Spotify on to my Ionic as the install button is all greyed out.
I've reset my fitbit & phone.
I've got the most updated version on my iPhone and the fitbit I believe is up to date as I can't see any options anywhere to update?
Any help is much appreciated.
Thanks

Spodify will not download. It only allows you to control if you have your phone close.
I find this absolutely ridiculous. I partially bought the most expensive fitbit going as they claim it has to ability to download music to the watch. I have called multiply times, but they claim I have to have a downloaded list on music to my computer. Who has a music list on their computer anymore? I use spodify premium myself, but no way to download. I am pissed. Renders that option useless. They need to move into the now, not the past.

hi @Standman0405 the Ionic can only play music transferred directly to it from the Fitbit desktop app. By the way I have playlists on my computer as i'm old enough to still own 400+ CDs and have them all backed up on Google Music and OneDrive.
The issue with the Spotify app? well as Spotify write it and not Fitbit maybe complain to them as to why it is just a barebones remote app. I also have a Garmin Venu and that does have a proper Spotify app where you can download playlists and not rely on a phone at all.
