Can't navigate to anything but a mile counter

I just got the ionic and finally got it set up.  As I was swiping, it went into some mile counter.  Now I can't see any apps or do anything... How do I get out of this screen?

Hi @cooperl,

 

The left button should take you back to the home screen.

 

If that doesn't work do this: hold the bottom and left buttons at the same time for 10+ seconds, until you see the Fitbit logo. That will restart the watch.

Work out...eat... sleep...repeat!
