Can't pair my Ionic

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have a charge 2 (to wear at work) because my Ionic is not allowed.  I just got a charge 3 and now I can't add the Ionic back on (I removed the charge 2). Please advise!

Unfortunately you cant have the charge 3 and an Ionic or Versa on the same account as the operating systems are too similar. I also find it really annoying, but there is no decent way around it. I actually did manage to have my Versa and Charge 3 on the same account for a time but syncing was awful and it jusy wasnt worth the hassle. So you either have to keep switching trackers on the account whichn s a pain, or have two separate accounts (but that doesnt work if you are into challenges - but it is what I do)

I contacted support and they are 'aware' of it and the development team are working on it. Poor QA if you ask me.

Thank you for the straight forward answer - Fitbit will not even acknowledge the question. If I had know, I would not have upgraded.  All I wanted was a less bulky device to swim with - ugh!

Thank you again!

Well, support..is there a update for this?  For now, I have to manually add my exercise to the app.
