Can't pair my Raycon earbuds

I just got my Ionic today and I am super excited. I have downloaded my Pandora stations on my Ionic and ready to see if my music works without my phone. I have tried several times to pair my new earbuds but my device will not show any available devices to pair. Please help.

Any update here? I bought them to work with my ionic as well and they don’t sync.

Ditto on the Raycon ear buds.  I have the X90 Titans and the e50 earbuds.  The Titan crashed during synch and the E50 synched but would not play.

It's been almost 3 yrs since this post and still can't pair raycon earbuds. When is this issue going to be fixed? We spend a lot of money on our watch and earbuds and it turns out that we can not at all use them together for any reason at all!
