Received the Ionic for Christmas. Zero issues for 3 months, then battery life instantly dropped to only a day. I uninstalled the Ionic from my phone. And then had to setup/connect the watch again to the phone, however it never has allowed me to get past the "setup" page on the watch, just shuts back off. All I see is the fitbit symbol. I have tried multiple times to set it up through my phone but it only finds the device, but does not connect to it. The watch has now just sat on my dresser for 3 months, which is slightly irritating for the amount of money we paid for it. Any advice would be appreciated, but I think it may just be going back.

Sorry to hear you're experiencing this. I know you've tried some steps that are recommended to this issue. However, I would like you to perform the whole procedure once and check if you're able to get it set up.
If after this, you're unable to set up your Ionic, please let me know which mobile device you're using.
