My ionic alerted me it was getting low on charge. Plugged it in to my wall charger and it read 23%. Went back a few hours later...blank screen. I have tried to reset/restart. Followed a number of videos and troubleshooting tips. Tried 4 different chargers and plugs. My fit bit is 9 months old. Is it gone?

I have followed your steps to the letter Still have dead Fitbit and no being told by Fitbit that because I did not buy it from a storefront I have no warranty. You can see that it was brand new You can see that it is within the 1 year time frame Had I said it was a gift...poof no problem ma'am we will be happy to replace it. This is the second Fitbit I have had that is trash within a year. Unfortunately I have purchased two others for my daughters. Buyer beware

Hi, Ricardo. I am experiencing vitually identical problems with my ~1.5-year-old Ionic. I would try what you suggest except there is zero response from the watch, so I pushing any of the buttons in any sequence is a waste of additional time. I have done what you suggested for the OP of this post andwatched numerous YouTube videos dealing with how to recover from this situation and nothing will get the watch to work again. It had about a 25% charge when I put it on its charger and it has never worked since. Even bought a new charger cord, wasting additional money. What I would like is an address that I can sent the watch to where someone at fitbit can see what the watch is doing and then make repairs to it. I know my watch is probably outside its warranty period. I am happy to pay for the repair. I just want to get it working again. I have invested a lot of time and money in Fitbit products over the yearsand for the most part have been happy with them. I have bought two Surges and the Ionic and my wife just got me a Versa to use while I try to get the Ionic working again. Is there an address where I can send my Ionic to get it repaired, at my cost?

Hi @Burnsx, you will probably need to contact Support directly for that information. You can find a link to their Support team at the bottom of the page.
