I have my Ionic 90% set up, can't seem to sync Pandora stations, either my top stations or the "workout" stations you can select from. My Ionic syncs to my phone app fine (so far), but for reason the stations never seem to load to tracker. I let it update over night, and nothing loaded, just says "No Stations Yet". I have tried re-sync and force sync a few times now. Anyone have any suggestions? I'd love to use this feature. Please Help Fitbit!

I did both still not uploading. I verified wifi, and it charged all night. 300.00 for a watch that I've spent 20 hours trying to get working equals a trip back to the store for a return. Why sell it with so many problems. I am beyond frustrated.

Don't give up. Leave every night on charge and sync. FitBit is working really hard to fix all the bugs. Just require a little bit more patience. It will work for you.

Clearly this matter has not been resolved. I have not EVER been able to sync my watch to Pandora and it's brand new and from multiple forums that I have read regarding this matter I'm definitely not alone. Please stop posting saying you've resolved this matter because you HAVE NOT. I followed your directions, I have strong WIFI connection, and paid for the full version of Pandora to no avail.

Thank you for this detail. I kept going to the 'Music' icon and couldn't figure out why I wasn't getting music. Once I got to the Pandora icon I was able to get music. Thank you!

I followed your recommended steps and Pandora still will not sync. I am also having problems with the music sync. I wonder if this fit bit purchase was a mistake.

Three days now - same thing- I’ve followed all the troubleshooting and the directions in this feed. I’m truly frustrated. I’ve deleted pandora and added it.

I am furious at this point. I have replied to the message that they sent me asking to tell them if it worked - and I have not been acknowledged since 10 am yesterday. I am tempted to go get an Apple watch bc the at least I can sync with my Itunes. All I want is 3 playlists loaded and I cannot have any music. That was the point of my upgrade to the Ionic!

Exactly - this issue is not resolved and I am now upset with my choice to forgo the apple watch and stick with fitbit

I have just purchased an Ionic and I have followed the directions here, as well as many other solution suggestions and I CANNOT get my 3 selected Pandora stations to play on my Ionic. I spent hours trying and had an IT -savvy friend attempt your suggestions. NO GO. I know that I am not alone in having this very disappointing issue. If I cannot rectify this problem, I will return the Ionic.
Any final suggestions?? Thank you.
