I have my Ionic 90% set up, can't seem to sync Pandora stations, either my top stations or the "workout" stations you can select from. My Ionic syncs to my phone app fine (so far), but for reason the stations never seem to load to tracker. I let it update over night, and nothing loaded, just says "No Stations Yet". I have tried re-sync and force sync a few times now. Anyone have any suggestions? I'd love to use this feature. Please Help Fitbit!

A very wild guess.
Guessed from your reply and going through all the Pandora issues at length
Fitbit Pandora interface appears to go through an intermediate server (service) held somewhere in Fitbit's locations and engineers blew that secret away. It looks like they are experiencing some problems in that intermediate service.

Hi everyone! I merged these threads to help keep the community tidy.
@LVeezy Great to see you on the Forums!
@hs100789 That's awesome! Glad to hear that your stations are syncing over!
@BadBuster @Venkats @LVeezy Our team is aware of a Pandora outage which we experienced in October, which has since been resolved. I posted a few troubleshoots which you may find helpful, here.
Also, @WavyDavey posted a great checklist, here. I would recommend following the step by step instructions to make sure your stations sync over successfully.
@Rich_Laue Great to see you!

Matt,
Why is my stuff disappearing now. Nothing has changed?
Previous Post not addressed in you post.
"Here is a new one. I opened a case, when things were not working a couple weeks ago. Fitbit engineering team replied to one of my emails a few days later saying things on my account look like they should be working. Miraculously Pandora stations started loading that day, one at a time, until 3 days later I had all 3 stations. Ran a few time and used the Bluetooth feature which worked ok, bluetooth connection cuts out some. Now a week after, my stations are starting to disappear one at time. Not really sure what is going on."

Hi @BadBuster,
The disappearing is likely from the clean-up @MattFitbit did by merging threads of the same topic together. Moderators typically don't answer every post, that's more of what we as a community do to help each other out.
As to your question, in my short experience with the Ionic and Pandora, I've had that happen a couple of times. What it looks like is the sync is replacing updated stations, and the replacement station may not have come through if the sync was interrupted.
First, try a restart, which sometimes brings stations that are on the watch but not showing up to light. If that's not it, you can try the checklist I posted on the previous page. It should get you back on track.
Successfully switched out all 3 stations last night. No issues at all using the process I outlined before.

How has it been resolved if people keep having the same issues even after performing all of the troubleshooting (multiple times)? It's actually a fairly simple process, but the ionic is still not syncing with pandora even when plugged in, pandora stations loaded, next to the router, confirmed on wi-fi, etc. I feel like the response of "RESOLVED" with very standard troubleshooting that many of us have already performed is poor. Also this is after a full day of it being next to the router and plugged in.

I am still stuck on this process.

Seriously ... I received my watch last week on Wednesday. I spent the whole week trying to sync my pandora with this 'smart watch'. I am really close to return this. My auto-sync is stuck between letters OR from Pandora ... I lost count how many times I deleted FitBit App & Pandora App. Also I reset my Ionic but nothing is working right now.

This hasn’t fixed my sync. I have spent all day trying to sync the Pandora Running station and it does not show up.

Open the Starbucks app in Ionic, and keep it showing. ( If not, set up a Starbucks Card first. ) And then, Wi-Fi will not drop in Ionic.

Have tried for 20 hours to get 2 pandora stations on ionic. Got one finally, then upon the attempt to get the second - lost both. This reminds me of the old MS Dos days of the dark ages.I have done it all, deletes, restarts, reinstalls, different wifi's, followed every other recommeded procedure. Maybe I try it under a full moon next.

None of the fixes above worked. What worked for me is after set-up, I just plugged the fitbit to charge (after setting up pandora of course) overnight and when I woke up, it's all there.

Get used to it. The software was not ready for release but the $$$$$ in the CEO's pockets is what made them release it. Tells you what fitbit thinks of its user's experiences vs their own profits.

Set your fitbit profile to USA and it will appear. It is not a smart enough watch to use its own location settings to figure this out.

UPDATE: I spent over an hour with Fitbit tech support. Got absolutely nowhere trying the same things we've tried over and over. It is NOT an issue with WiFi or Bluetooth because both of these are working flawlessly in all other scenarios. Tech finally said the device was MOST LIKELY DEFECTIVE. Then it took THREE WEEKS from start to finish to receive my new watch! Of course they wont send you a new one without receiving the old one first. So I'm without my new product for 3 weeks and when it's finally in the mail (not at all express) I receive emails saying, "Congratulations your new fitbit is on the way!" as if I'm purchasing for the first time. STILL HAVING THE SAME ISSUES!!! Horrible support, everything else works flawlessly. We were NOT even able to solve with tech support. I will try one more time with a top-level tech support and update. I think ultimately this ionic will be returned and I will never use a fitbit product again. I'm most frustrated with the fact that many are having the same issues and they're satisfied with the few that have gotten it to work while neglecting the many that are having obvious issues greater than the basic troubleshooting listed. Even their own tech support cannot understand what the issue is!

I'm still having issues 🤦:male_sign:I'm so close to returning this and going for a garmin. I've been messing with this pandora issue for over 6 hours . I was on the phone with support for an hour and now it's sitting and spinning downloading . Seriously... how long does it really take?

Thumbprint is the only station I can get to sync to my Fitbit ionic. I tried restarting, tried two different wi if channels and it just run. Says it is syncing and that I can listen to music when it’s done. It’s been 4- 5 triess each time 30 minutes up to 2 hrs and nothin. Really frustrating

Try leaving the Ionic charging overnight. Once it gets all 3 stations on the watch, it's easier to update from there. If you've gotten thumbprint or at least 1 station, then the WiFi is good. If there aren't any stations loaded at all, then verify WiFi and try again.
