Can't turn on Ionic

Yesterday night I charge my iconic. This morning I check my device , it can’t turn on. Please advice.

Hi, Ricardo.

The heart rate sensor is not flashing and the device is completely unresponsive.

i can’t turn it on and I try restart it many way but it’s still the same unresponsive. 
Please advice.
