Can't update and sync up time using laptop. Update repeatedly returns "In order to sync, please make sure to uninstall Fitbit Connect or other apps that are trying to use Fitbit Base Station". 60p (HP27, Windows 10)

@johnn1233 Welcome to the Community. Thanks for the details mentioned.
It's pretty weird that you're getting this message. I would like you to make sure you have a wireless sync dongle installed on your computer, because it seems you're using Fitbit Connect. In case you're using the Fitbit app, you will need to turn on Bluetooth. Learn more about it by checking this article: How do Fitbit devices sync their data?
Please reply to the following questions:
- Are you using Fitbit Connect or the Fitbit app?
- Do you have a wireless sync dongle?
- Do you have a screenshot of the message you're receiving?

Please reply to the following questions:
- Are you using Fitbit Connect or the Fitbit app? Fitbit App
- Do you have a wireless sync dongle? No
- Do you have a screenshot of the message you're receiving? No because i am trying to update my ionic since few day ago but seem only turning white with fibit logo
then if the phone and ionic connect to wifi sometimes disconnected suddenly hard for me to update using Bluetooth because it so long
this is make me upset wasting my time

I appreciate the time you took to reply to the questions. It seems that you have installed Fitbit Connect and the Fitbit app and this can be why your watch isn't syncing.
I would like you to uninstall Fitbit Connect and then try this syncing troubleshooting while using the Fitbit app.
