Hello,
I upgraded from a surge to the ionic last month and i'm totally sick of wasting hours of my life trying to get it to sync.... 3-4 days it works fine then it just seems to go awol and I try every troubleshooting step on this forum and everywhere else on the internet and most of the times i manage to sync again after what feels like a few of banging my head against a brick wall. Tonight I am trying to update the tracker firmware but to no avail after trying on an android phone and then an iphone 7 Im finally giving up with fitbit... the story doesn't end there though because I try and access the returns and warranty section of the website and I receive the folowing error

The email address is 'fieldtestingfitbit@gmail.com' I mean c'mon!
I'm not even going to start with fitbit pay...
Can someone from fitbit please acknowledge my return and get the ball rolling please.

How are Australian customers who purchased their Fitbit through another retailer meant to get warranty? This is farcical. Sites that point to old warranty portals with no redirect. I had to Google the exact message to find this thread. Come on guys. Does this new warranty process even adhere to Australian Consumer Law?
