Ionic has firmware update 27.68.9.15

 

The exercise time are incorrect. Further the watch keeps searching for GPS in exercise mode and doesn't connect.. please fix..

Hi @Jbhagdev nice to see you around. Thanks for reporting the issues with the GPS on your Ionic after the update.

 

There are a few reasons why GPS might not connect or track correctly your route. Review the information below, then check the requirements and troubleshooting steps.

  1. Environmental factors, including tall buildings, dense forest, steep hills, and even thick cloud cover, can interfere with your device’s or phone’s ability to connect to GPS satellites. If the signal is blocked—either because you're underground or due to another reason—GPS won't work. 

Have you tried to restart your Ionic? What exercises are showing this error on the time when using GPS tracking? Have you tried other exercises?
