I have an Ionic which is updated to the latest firmware, yet I still can't download the Spotify app.

 

Is there something else I need to do? The install option from the app is simply greyed out!?!

@jimm.barclay Welcome to the Community. Thank you for letting me know that your watch is updated to the latest firmware version. 

I would like you to confirm that the firmware version that you have is 27.70.7.14. If you don't please try this procedure to update the firmware version.
