As the title says. I see one listed solution is to pause and select the upper left checkered flag to finish, but nothing happens when I try selecting it. My watch is stuck in Coach.

Hi @CULoomista, good to see you in the community.
I would suggest giving your Ionic a restart by following the steps here. Hopefully once it restarts you will be able to access the normal functions of your watch.
