My Ionic quit working yesterday.  It is charged.  Can't get any display, so I can't turn off.

Press all three buttons until the screen turns on then release the lower right while holding the others wait for it to vibrate. Try this a few times, if it doesn't work contact support via chat. So many of these are dying this way. If you are within the warranty period they will replace it.
